Setting up School-Connect as a Vendor in Your District

If you need to set up School-Connect as a vendor in your district or organization prior to ordering for the first time, email us to request a completed W-9 or to complete other forms required by your district.

Refund Policy

School-Connect guarantees all materials. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of items in resale condition up to 60 days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling).

Refunds for onsite training or in-person Institutes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and partially refundable based on travel/expenses already spent. Online trainings or Institutes can be refunded and/or applied to a future training opportunity.
