We understand that time constraints, space, and extensive responsibilities as an educator can be overwhelming, so we want to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. In addition to our comprehensive curriculum, suite of assessments, and Teacher Self-Care series, we provide a variety of supports designed to assist, encourage, and seamlessly integrate all aspects of the School-Connect program.

Lesson Plans

We know the additional time and effort it takes to create lesson plans, so we provide a teacher outline for every lesson and activity. Each one is complete with learning objectives, a pacing chart, and notes for facilitating each component of the lesson.

Teacher's Guide and Resource Section

The School-Connect Teacher Resource Section is your one-stop shop to help you get started and feel supported throughout your use of School-Connect. You’ll find helpful videos that give you quick insight into our console and curriculum components. There is also a wide range of linked resources to assist you with tasks such as quick prints (all handouts per module), letters to parents, and grading policies as they pertain to School-Connect.

A highlight of our resource section is the Teacher’s Guide, which takes you through every aspect of the curriculum - from core lessons and boosters to PBLs to assessments - and provides plenty of tips to maximize School-Connect’s impact in your classroom and on your campus.

Accommodations Guide for Students with IEPs

This comprehensive guide helps you meet the individual learning needs of your students for every lesson in Modules 1 through 8. You’ll find a glossary of accommodations as they pertain to School-Connect with a breakdown of how to apply them within each lesson so that learning is accessible for all your students and documentation is easy for you.

Accommodations for Absent Students

Make assigning absent work as easy as possible by using the instructions we provide for absent students, which guide them through completing any handouts they might have missed. With a quick copy and paste onto your LMS, your students will know what needs to be finished and how to access additional resources.

Trauma-informed Supports

All students benefit from a caring, supportive, and trauma-sensitive learning environment. For students who have experienced trauma or live with ongoing toxic stress, trauma-informed care is imperative for learning and healing. This is why targeted teaching strategies and protective factors are embedded in our content; it's also why we provide a trauma-informed guide to support you in facilitating lessons.

Targeted Intervention Guides

These Tier 2 and 3 tools assist administrators, counselors, and interventionists with taking advantage of the critical time after a behavior incident. Through purposeful questions, you will guide students through processing the incident, evaluating options, and determining the best actions to move forward. To date, we have ten unique intervention guides focusing on the most relevant behavior incidents in schools today, such as fighting, vaping, tech use, absenteeism, and more.

Canvas Shell

For classrooms using Canvas, we provide a ready-to-go shell to streamline turning in assignments and provide lesson alternatives for absent students. This resource is set up as a Canvas Course consisting of the student handouts from our Core Lessons and Lesson Extensions in Modules 1-12.
