Evaluation Results
Now in our 4th edition, our curriculum has been evaluated and updated based
on the latest social and developmental findings, expert analysis,
and student and educator feedback. As a result, we are included in CASEL’s Middle and High School Guide
to Effective SEL Programs and were included in the Substance Abuse and
Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) National Registry of
Evidence-Based Programs and Practices (NREPP).
Annual surveys from School-Connect educators speak to positive classroom
and campus impacts, specifically class climate, teacher-student relationships,
respect for others, and emotional management. Teachers have also reported
higher levels of connection (or deeper relationships) among students and
more meaningful class discussions.
