Setting up School-Connect as a Vendor in Your District
If you need to set up School-Connect as a vendor in your district or organization prior to ordering for the first time, email us to request a completed W-9 or to complete other forms required by your district.
Ordering by Purchase Order
When ordering with a purchase order, choose one of the following methods:
- Order by Fax: Fax purchase order with a completed order form to 866-439-0581.
- Order by mail: Mail purchase order with a completed order form to our address below.
Ordering by Credit Card
When ordering with a credit card, choose one of the following methods:
- Order online: Buy now through our online store.
- Order by phone: Call us at 800-597-6209.
- Order by mail: Mail your completed order form with credit card information to our address below.
- Order by fax: Fax completed order form with credit card information.
Ordering by Check
Mail your check with a completed order form to our address below.

Refund Policy
School-Connect guarantees all materials. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of items in resale condition up to 60 days from the invoice date, for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling). |
